These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website and services provided by International Health LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of New Mexico, United States.

1. Services

International Health LLC provides digital business consulting services, including marketing strategy, automation systems design, AI process optimization, product roadmap development, digital ecosystem integration, and mastermind/event coordination. Services are delivered globally, both online and in-person.

2. Eligibility

By engaging our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Payments & Billing

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.
• Subscription services are billed on a recurring basis as specified at the time of purchase.
• One-time payments are due at the time of enrollment or service agreement.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.

4. Subscription Terms

Subscription services automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, strategies, systems, documents, and deliverables remain the intellectual property of International Health LLC. Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for their business.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide accurate and timely information necessary for the delivery of our services. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information are not the responsibility of International Health LLC.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the business relationship.

8. Limitation of Liability

International Health LLC provides consulting services and strategic advice. Results may vary depending on implementation and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or revenue figures. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with 15 days’ written notice. In case of termination, the client will be billed for services rendered up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
