Refund Policy

At International Health LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality consulting services. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.
1. Consulting Services
- Before delivery: Full refund if you cancel before any consulting work has begun.
- Within 7 days: If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of the engagement, you may request a full refund. Processed within 10 business days.
- After 7 days: Evaluated case-by-case. A prorated refund may be issued for services not yet rendered.
2. Subscription Services
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. No refund for the current billing period, but access continues until the end of the paid period.
3. Digital Products & Deliverables
Due to the nature of digital products (strategies, systems, templates, automations), once delivered, these items are non-refundable. If a deliverable contains errors or does not match the agreed scope, we will revise it at no additional cost.
4. Events & Masterminds
- 14+ days before event: Full refund.
- Less than 14 days: 50% refund.
- After the event: No refund.
5. How to Request a Refund
Contact us at contact@internationalhealth.com with your full name, date of purchase, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method (Stripe).
6. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for failure to achieve specific business results, as outcomes depend on individual implementation, market conditions, and effort.
